DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that we will open accepting a limited number of plans (including medicaid and medicare), and expand as there is demand and we are able.
WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?
Currently, our plan is to open in early September. If you would like to be among the first patients we see, join our waiting list. We currently plan to send out new patient paperwork and set appointments starting in June and July. You will be asked to complete a detailed questionaire and provide a number of test results. Everyone must establish as a new patient with the clinic despite prior relationships with our providers.
WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE LIGHTHOUSE COMPLEX CARE?
First, our providers have experience with complex patients personally and professionally. They have experienced trauma at the hands of the medical profession in their own situations, and are committed to creating a different experience for families seeking their care.
Second, our providers are willing to provide you a medical home. We will work with you to provide care AND coordinate care with other providers.
Finally, Lighthouse Complex Care will support you or your patient through your care plan with education that you can access in manageable pieces and support in appointments with other providers.
HOW CAN I BE SEEN AT THE CLINIC?
