From their website: "True mountain pies can feed an entire family. Our dough is made fresh throughout the day, and contains locally sourced honey. That’s right; our dough uses natural sweetener instead of sugar. After a good roll-out and toss, our crust is braided, allowing an unspeakable amount of toppings, sauce, and cheese to be cradled and baked. We call this the containment system and you can’t get it anywhere else in the state."
In addition to delicious pizzas that can be made gluten free, there's other menu options like salads, wings, and GF bread/sandwiches, and some veggie-based appetizers.
True Food Kitchen is a restaurant "inspired by the philosophy that food should make you feel better, not worse. They're a passionate collective of accomplished chefs, visionary restaurateurs and a renowned doctor of integrative medicine, who believe delicious dining and conscious nutrition can go hand in hand, without sacrificing flavor, creativity or indulgence. They invite guests to become a part of a world where great tasting food and thoughtfully crafted beverages—shared in an environment of infectious positivity—can be the foundation for a life well lived."
They offer a diverse menu of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options full of flavor. Dietary restrictions and food allergies are respected.
