OUR APPOINTMENT FEES
Many families are adjusting to financial changes during this time so we want to be transparent about our fee schedule to allow families to plan financially for their care. We have reduced our fees with the hope that this allows more families access.
FOR OUR CASH PAY PATIENTS
If you need to see us without insurance we offer a discounted cash payment option as follows:
1) New patient telemedicine initial appointments are $499.
2) A 60-minute follow-up appointment is $299.
3) A 30-minute follow-up appointment is $199.

Cash pay patients are asked to make a non-refundable $299 deposit when booking their appointment. This is transferable in case of a re-schedule 48 hours in advance.
FOR PATIENTS WITH INSURANCE
We recommend that all patients call prior to their first appointment to verify that we are in-network for your plan or what your coverage will be.

At this time we are asking that insurance patients make a $299 deposit when their intake appointment is scheduled. This will be returned to you upon payment by your insurance company. This is generally around 30-45 days, but it depends on the company.
We are currently contracted with the following insurance companies:

Cigna (Open Access Plan)
Tri-Care East & Tri-Care West
United Health Care
We have a limited number of consultative appointments available for international families at this time. These appointments include a review of existing labs and medical history, testing, and supplement recommendations.
You would still need to work with a local provider for labs and other diagnostic testing. Please use the form below to inquire about rates and availability.
