RATE

We are pleased to extend the following guestroom rates:

May 1 – Oct 31 $139.00

Nov 1 – Dec 31 $119.00

King Suite Upgrade All + $20

These rates do not include taxes, currently 14.5%.

Room type will be confirmed based on the specific room inventory available at the time a reservation is made.

 

AVAILABILITY

The preferred rate is non-LRA (non-Last Room Availability) meaning that due to availability, at times, the rate may

not be available. In these instances, the hotel will provide the best available room rate

for that time.

 

RESERVATIONS

To utilize this discount please use the online booking link provided above.  Guests may also call the hotel directly and request the Lighthouse Complex Care discount rate.

BILLING AND PAYMENT

Room, tax, and incidentals will be paid by the individual traveler. Reservations will be guaranteed by a valid credit

card at the time of booking. A credit card will be taken at time of check-in from the guest for room, tax, and

incidentals.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

Please note that any reservation can be cancelled without penalty by 11:59pm two days (48 hours) prior to arrival.

In the event that the guest does not cancel nor arrive, a one-night’s room & tax charge will be charged to the

credit card on file.

SMOKING POLICIES

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. As a standard at the Hotel, there is a $250.00 cleaning fee for smoking in a

guestroom. Guests are required to abide by all Colorado State marijuana regulations.
